The Duality of a Believer
The Prophet (peace be upon him) expressed amazement at the affair of the believer: if good happens to him, he is grateful (Shukr) and that is good for him; if harm befalls him, he is patient (Sabr) and that is good for him.
Shukr in difficulty is a high station of faith. It requires us to look at the hidden blessings within every trial, trusting in Allah's ultimate wisdom and mercy.
